About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of goods while leveraging Kalyani’s in-house TMS and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations from procurement to delivery.
- Optimize routes using our proprietary Transport Management System (TMS).
- Ensure full statutory compliance and documentation.
- Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth ERP (BOSS) integration.
- Generate auto-alerts and stakeholder communication via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics/operations management.
- Proficiency in route planning tools, ERP, and TMS.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
